If you are planning a birthday party, why not choose a Gymnastics Party. We offer a structured fun party where your child and their friends can enjoy our facilities under the watchful supervision of our fully qualified British Gymnastics coaches. Our parties cater for children from 1 to 12 years, and we tailor them to best suit the age range of the participants. PRICE Maximum 30 children – £295 Our parties run every Saturday Times & Rules: • 3:15pm to 4:45pm • 4:45pm to 6:15pm • 6.15pm to 7.45pm How long is the Party? • 1 hour of gymnastics time • 30 mins of food are time • 15 mins clear up time (It is your responsibility to clean up the area within 15 mins) What you need to know: Harrow Gymnastics will provide: • Tables and chairs which will be set out for your party with table coverings • Party decorations. Not provided: • No cutlery and crockery are not provided. • Harrow Gymnastics do not provide any food or drinks. • No personal decorations will be allowed. • Arrival Time: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your allocated party. • We recommend that food is served in party boxes or in a way that is easy to clear up. Please note the following • We do not have recycling bins therefore all rubbish arising from the party including food waste or wrapping must be taken away with you at the end of the party. • Surcharges will be incurred for extra child guests. £10 per child PAYMENT INFORMATION • Please ensure you select the correct date and time before paying your £50 holding deposit. Booking & Holding Deposit of £50 • This will be refunded after your party if all the above rules are adhered to. • We will contact you up to two weeks before the date of your party to take payment - £295 The deposit is NON-REFUNADBLE PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR PARTY
